Studio Class Schedule

We offer in studio classes at the days and times listed below, unless a holiday changes out schedules.  

Class Schedule

Our program is designed to get you/keep you STRONG and make sure you look good naked too 🙂

Our class schedule rotates from strength based to hypertrophy (lean muscle building) every 90 days.  

In a hypertrophy phase you will see more bodybuilding style splits.  

Less full body and more upper and lower body splits.
