Online Portal

Your programming is delivered via an app so you can train anywhere, access exercise demos easily, and track your weights, reps, and sets to continue pushing your progress forward.

Custom Programming

This is no cookie cutter workout program. Your coach is tuned in to your goals, fitness level, time available to train and will adjust things accordingly.

How does this work?

Intake

After purchasing, you will immediately receive an intake form to fill out along with instructions to download your app and how to communicate with your coach.

Design

Within 48 hours of turning in your intake form your coach will reach out to you via email. Your coach may have additional questions beyond the intake form to finalize your programming.

Consultation

Once your programming is finished, your coach will reach out to go over the details of your programming, check in days, and answer questions.

Check Ins

While you may chat and email with your coach at any time, there are two check ins scheduled per month. During these check ins you will get feedback on progress, deep dive into questions, and programming adjustment can be made.

Tracking, Reporting, & Growing

Your fitness is an ever-evolving process. Through tracking and reporting, we’ll continuously be your partner to make sure you continue to grow stronger.

How long is my membership?

While you are billed monthly, we ask clients to give us no less than 90 days on initial sign up. It takes time to build muscle and get stronger! After 90 days, your membership goes month to month with no cancellation fee.

Is there calories and macro counting involved with this program?

The main goal of this programming is your training. While your coach can provide some general guidance on what and how to eat, your coach will not be providing a menu plan.

Does it matter if I'm new to the gym or a gym rat already?

NOPE! The point of working with a certified personal trainer is that your programming is specifically designed for exactly where you are at today but to take you to where you want to be.

Can I chat with my coach between check ins?

Absolutely. You have access to your coach via email and Marco Polo and want to answer your questions and make sure you feel confident in the gym.  

When can I get started?

This program does not have a specific beginning or end. You can begin today.

I have a very specific goal. I want to nail my push ups/pull ups? Is this program right for this?

The more clear you are about your goals the more clear our programming can be. We LOVE this sort of goal!

Can I get cardio and weight training protocols?

Of course.  

I plan to workout at home. Can my coach help me with limited equipment?

Absolutely. Our intake form specifically asks questions about equipment. We will work with what you have available.
