We are a strength based studio offering group classes and semi private personal training. We also help our clients learn how to properly keep their muscle, lose fat, and not starve with our nutrition program, Diet Rebellion.
Our studio hires certified personal trainers who enjoy guiding people through proper form through movements and know how to individualize the program for the fitness rookie, the fitness fanatic, and everything in between.
Our monthly group class schedule is intelligently designed to create change AND to prevent overtraining and injuries.
We offer semi private personal training for athletes who prefer a smaller setting and want even more customized programming.
