Since the success of Diet Rebellion Reboot, my inbox has been getting BLOWN UP by people wanting to know more about their macros (protein, carbs, fats), flexible dieting, and how they can successfully implement this strategy into their fat loss goals.

  • TRAIN – 11:00 – 11:35 – Metabolic Conditioning Class coached by me so I can guide you through high intensity with proper form and you finally get the maximum benefits out of your exercise time.   All fitness levels are welcome.  I will have alternatives to level up or modify as needed.  
  • FUEL – 11:40 – 12:00 – Post Workout Shake provided by Absolute Nutrition so that you recover properly, can concentrate for the last part of class, and stop feeling intimidated by going into a supplement store.  
  • CRUSH – 12:00 -1:00 – Ring the bell cause MACRO SCHOOL is in session!!!

a.  Learn the EXACT FORMULA for figuring out YOUR unique calories for fat loss and maintenance.  Based on age, weight, activity level.  

b.  I’ll show you how to use the addition of body fat calipers to create even more accuracy, as well as, how to look for and check for and strategize to create the famous and super sexy “V taper” frame for guys and “hour glass” figure for females.  

c.  Learn how to find your starting point macros (protein, fats, carbs) for fat loss so that you retain muscle, keep a fast metabolism, and lose fat at the same time.  

d.  Learn how to IMPLEMENT without getting distracted by other fat loss tips/strategies

d.  Learn how and what to tweak based on hunger, energy, mood, and cravings.
