glute lab

Grow yo' glutes!

Glute lab is not a class. It is a 6-8 week semi private personal training session run by Coach Jessie and Coach Jeidi.

Sessions are 60 minutes and focused on glute hypertrophy and progressive overload techniques. Glute lab is held on Fridays at 11:30am and 12:30pm.

Sessions will restart August of 2026 so watch out for details in our newsletters.
