People don’t buy exercise… they buy CONSISTENCY!!
Don’t believe me … head over to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or Snap Chat and you will find an endless menu of exercise videos, pics, and programs to choose from.
With so much FREE exercise available why are people still struggling for results?
Because people are too tired, too busy, and have way too much on their plate to take the information overload and make any sense of it.
I’m one hell of a trainer… b/c it’s a passion I’ve made my career. It’s my #1 professional focus every damn day of my life. I spend hours upon hours brewing up ideas, testing out formats, and keeping things effective and interesting simultaenously.
But, I suck at website design so I outsourced it.
I suck at accounting so I outsourced that too.
I suck at housework and I’m about to outsource the hell of out of that bad boy too.
That doesn’t make me a flawed individual. It makes me a damn near brilliant business woman and mother.
I make a conscious decision to put all my energy and creativity into my strengths and and deploy others to care of super important tasks that would drain me to the point of shut down.
Action is the name of the game.
I don’t think you are lazy if after a 12 hour day in the office, the last thing you want to do is walk into a gym and figure out what the hell leg day is supposed to look like.
I don’t think you are wrong to just want to sit on the couch in silence after 15 hours of parenting instead of walk into a room full of dumbbells and decide what you are supposed to do with them!
This isn’t a character flaw. This HUMAN nature!!
With the amount of decisions required of you during the day, by the time gym time comes along, your mental focus has been spent! People are getting inefficient workouts or skipping workouts all together b/c they are absolutely will power drained!
In fact, a lot of people end up on cardio machines not because they love to run or bike but because they offer a non-decision making route to exercise.
It mindless and after a long day, it’s all some people can muster despite the fact that they absolutely HATE the treadmill.
And let’s be real… you will never replicate consistently what you hate or what drains you.
I’m not ever going to take the time and energy away from my family and career to figure out web design and accounting and they are VITAL to my business.
You may not be willing to take the time and energy away from your career and family to figure out exercise and it’s VITAL to your health.
So… Do what you do best and outsource to experts your exercise so you can #loveyourworkout, get results, and move eff on with the rest of your day!!!
